The CEO
Leadership Academy will enroll approximately 160 students in 9th-12th
grade for the 2006-2007 school year. Although CEO currently has a waiting
list for the upcoming school year, you can apply to the academy by filling
out the following application and relevant forms, and then mailing or
delivering them to CEO. CEO is located at 2433 W. Roosevelt Ave.,
